LPS is a very potent endotoxin. These toxins are produced within the gut, rather than coming from external sources like contaminated or high-histamine food. 

Research shows that gram-negative bacteria are responsible for many gut conditions linked to histamine intolerance, such as SIBO, celiac disease, and dysbiosis. Additionally, gram-negative bacteria contribute to leaky gut and chronic inflammation in both the gut and body.

Last Generation Probiotics

A healthy gut biome is diverse. 

Most last-generation probiotics and fermented foods are high in lactobacillus. However, lactobacillus makes up only about 1% of a healthy gut.

Megasporebiotic and Spore-Based Probiotics

Spore-based probiotics are soil-based microorganisms found naturally in dirt and vegetation.

Unlike most probiotics, these spore-based varieties are incredibly stable, as heat, light, or stomach acid do not render them ineffective.

Naturally encapsulate, spore-based probiotics remain dormant until they reach the gut, where they become active. Furthermore, they survive in the gastrointestinal tract for around 30 days before exiting the body.

MegaSporeBiotic™ contains five Bacillus strains. These five strains in MegaSporeBiotic™ offer the following benefits:

Firstly, Bacillus indicus HU36 – produces high levels of antioxidants in the gut.

Study 1

A study of 90 IBS patients divided them into three groups of 30 for different treatments over 34 days.

The first group received the antibiotic rifaximin for ten days, followed by Bifidobacterium longum, prebiotics, and vitamins for 24 days.

The second group took MegaSporeBiotic™ for 34 days.

The third group used rifaximin for ten days, followed by 24 days of a low FODMAP diet.

The study found that MegaSporeBiotic™ reduced IBS severity better than other treatments in 34 days.

Study 2

This study included a two-week start period to establish a stable microbial community.
 
This was followed by a two-week control period and a four-week treatment period during which participants took MegaSporeBiotic™ and MegaPre™ once a day.
 
After eight weeks, researchers concluded that the combination of MegaSporeBiotic™ and MegaPre™ significantly increased microbial diversity in the colon, including foundational bacterial strains.

Study 3

Acetaminophen use is the leading cause of liver toxicity in the US and Europe.

Study 4

Suggested Use of Megasporebiotic

The recommended amount of MegaSporeBiotic™ is 2 capsules with a meal once a day.

The titration schedule is as follows:

Week 1: Take ½ capsule every other day

Week 2: Take ½ capsule daily

Week 3: Take 1 capsule daily

Week 4+: Take 2 capsules daily

If you are particularly sensitive, starting at a lower dose, with a ¼ capsule every other day or even lower, is advisable.
