All About Megasporebiotic

Over the last decade, a lot has changed. We can now map the entire microbiome at minimal cost, which has dramatically improved our understanding of the gut biome. Consequently, our focus and tools have evolved.

We no longer rely on low-histamine probiotics and restrictive elimination diets that exclude essential nutrients for gut health.

Similarly, we do not emphasize fermented foods or high-dose probiotics, which can worsen gut health.

Instead, we now focus on restoring gut function health.

After testing and working with hundreds of people, we have found that MegaSporeBiotic™, a next-generation probiotic, effectively helps rebalance the microbiome.

Gram Negative Bacteria

Every bacterium in the world belongs to either the gram-negative or gram-positive category. The category is determined by the gram stain process, which involves applying a dye-like stain to the bacterium.

When subjected to this process, gram-positive bacteria absorb the stain and change color.

Conversely, gram-negative bacteria have a cell wall structure that resists the dye and is made of lipopolysaccharides (LPS).

Histamine Producing Bacteria

LPS is a very potent endotoxin. These toxins are produced within the gut, rather than coming from external sources like contaminated or high-histamine food.

Research shows that gram-negative bacteria are responsible for many gut conditions linked to histamine intolerance, such as SIBO, celiac disease, and dysbiosis. Additionally, gram-negative bacteria contribute to leaky gut and chronic inflammation in both the gut and body.

Last Generation Probiotics

A healthy gut biome is diverse.

Most last-generation probiotics and fermented foods are high in lactobacillus. However, lactobacillus makes up only about 1% of a healthy gut.

Consequently, flooding our bodies with one type of bacteria through fermented foods or probiotics can cause gut issues.

The Next Generation Probiotic Megasporebiotic

Before MegaSporeBiotic™, antihistamine strains of probiotics merely alleviated histamine intolerance symptoms.

Although this approach suppressed symptoms, it did not restore health. Achieving optimal gut health requires a balanced microbiome.

Recognizing this need, Physicians Exclusive, the company behind MegaSporeBiotic™, sought specific bacterial strains that would significantly impact the microbiome. They believed the key was not large doses of a single strain but finding bacteria that positively affect the entire microbiome.

Following extensive research, they discovered microbes that could organize the microbiome into a healthy, balanced population even at low doses.

Megasporebiotic and Quorum Sensing

They discovered that Bacillus strains possess a unique ability known as “quorum sensing.”

This process allows microbes to detect the presence and quantities of other bacteria and subsequently influence these specific bacteria.

Furthermore, it regulates the microbiome by reducing harmful bacteria and increasing beneficial bacteria levels through the influence of keystone bacteria.

As a normal commensal bacteria, Bacillus has been extensively studied and has a long history of safe use for treating gut infections.

Megasporebiotic and Spore-Based Probiotics

Spore-based probiotics are soil-based microorganisms found naturally in dirt and vegetation.

Unlike most probiotics, these spore-based varieties are incredibly stable, as heat, light, or stomach acid do not render them ineffective.

Naturally encapsulate, spore-based probiotics remain dormant until they reach the gut, where they become active. Furthermore, they survive in the gastrointestinal tract for around 30 days before exiting the body.

Megasporebiotic's Bacillus Strains

MegaSporeBiotic™ contains five Bacillus strains. These five strains in MegaSporeBiotic™ offer the following benefits:

Firstly, Bacillus indicus HU36 – produces high levels of antioxidants in the gut.

Secondly, Bacillus clausii SC-109 – is a potent immune modulator that enhances gut immunity.

Thirdly, Bacillus subtilis – produces nearly 12 strong antibiotics that fight harmful bacteria. It also produces vital gut nutrients, including nattokinase, B vitamins, Vitamin K2, and short-chain fatty acids.

Fourthly, Bacillus licheniformis SL-307 – produces the common antibiotic bacitracin, protease enzymes that digest proteins, and the full spectrum of B vitamins, including folate and biotin.

Finally, Bacillus coagulans SC-208 – aids in digesting and absorbing nutrients like lactose and dietary fats. It also produces mast-cell stabilizing butyrate, which aids digestion and prevents harmful bacteria growth.

Megasporebiotic Research

Beyond substantial research on individual strains, MegaSporeBiotic™ has studied the combination of probiotic strains. These studies show it is one of the most effective probiotics available today.

Here is a summary of the research on MegaSporeBiotic™ to date:

Study 1

A study of 90 IBS patients divided them into three groups of 30 for different treatments over 34 days.

The first group received the antibiotic rifaximin for ten days, followed by Bifidobacterium longum, prebiotics, and vitamins for 24 days.

The second group took MegaSporeBiotic™ for 34 days.

The third group used rifaximin for ten days, followed by 24 days of a low FODMAP diet.

The study found that MegaSporeBiotic™ reduced IBS severity better than other treatments in 34 days.

Study 2

This study included a two-week start period to establish a stable microbial community.
This was followed by a two-week control period and a four-week treatment period during which participants took MegaSporeBiotic™ and MegaPre™ once a day.
After eight weeks, researchers concluded that the combination of MegaSporeBiotic™ and MegaPre™ significantly increased microbial diversity in the colon, including foundational bacterial strains.
Additionally, this prebiotic and probiotic combination increased short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) by over 150%, including acetate, propionate, and butyrate, which are essential anti-inflammatory mast-cell stabilizers.

Study 3

Acetaminophen use is the leading cause of liver toxicity in the US and Europe.

An animal study compared MegaSporeBiotic™ with the well-known liver-protective herb, silymarin.

Using MegaSporeBiotic™ with acetaminophen significantly improved liver markers, similar to the effects of silymarin.

Study 4

An imbalance of gut bacteria can increase serum triglycerides.

A study involving eighty participants with non-fasting triglyceride levels over 150 mg/dL for 90 days found that MegaSporeBiotic™ significantly lowered their triglyceride levels.

Study 5

This study examined MegaSporeBiotic™ and MegaMucosa™ for reducing tissue damage and inflammatory responses in ulcerative colitis.

It found that MegaSporeBiotic™ and MegaMucosa™, alone and in combination, significantly lowered inflammation and reduced colonic mucosa damage.

Suggested Use of Megasporebiotic

The recommended amount of MegaSporeBiotic™ is 2 capsules with a meal once a day.

The titration schedule is as follows:

Week 1: Take ½ capsule every other day

Week 2: Take ½ capsule daily

Week 3: Take 1 capsule daily

Week 4+: Take 2 capsules daily

If you are particularly sensitive, starting at a lower dose, with a ¼ capsule every other day or even lower, is advisable.

Most people notice MegaSporeBiotic™ benefits within the first 14-28 days.

A typical treatment plan lasts three to six months, especially after antibiotics or severe gut infections.

Die-off Symptoms

I recommend using a binder with MegaSporeBiotic™ to absorb any die-off symptoms.

Die-off symptoms occur when endotoxins die-off. MegaSporeBiotic™ is a potent probiotic that reduces gram-negative bacteria and may, as a result, cause die-off symptoms. Often, these symptoms mimic a person’s primary symptoms.

Typical die-off symptoms include fatigue, digestive problems, rashes, muscle aches, and a flu-like feeling.

Additionally, looser stools are common for the first 3-4 days. Importantly, die-off symptoms indicate that MegaSporeBiotic™ is working, not directly causing them.

If die-off symptoms become too intense or last longer than five days, reducing the dosage and increasing it slowly is advisable.

In conclusion, maintaining optimal gut health is crucial for overall well-being.

MegaSporeBiotic™ stands out as a powerful tool in this endeavour. Its unique Bacillus strains offer significant benefits, enhancing microbial diversity and reducing inflammation.

As research confirms its effectiveness, MegaSporeBiotic™ proves reliable for restoring and maintaining a healthy gut biome. Incorporating it into your daily routine for better digestive health and overall vitality can support health restoration.
